These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Capsoom application (iOS and Android), published by 21 Corp.

2. Purpose — Acceptance
Capsoom is a private photo messaging app that lets you send time-locked capsules to friends, as well as real-time text messages and voice notes, between mutually confirmed friends.
Using Capsoom constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the app.
3. User Account
3.1 Registration
Access to Capsoom's features requires creating an account with a username and email address, or signing in via Apple or Google.
3.2 Security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out through your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to contact@capsoom.com.
3.3 Availability
Capsoom makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.
4. Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, messages and other content you share on Capsoom.
4.2 License
By publishing content, you grant 21 Corp a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to the needs of the service: storage, transmission and display to your chosen recipients.
4.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you share. The following are prohibited:
- Illegal, defamatory or privacy-infringing content
- Harassment, threats or discriminatory content
- Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
- Content promoting illegal activities
5. Usage Rules
The following are prohibited:
- Any attempt to circumvent security mechanisms
- Using scripts, bots or any automated means to access the service
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension
- Impersonating another person
6. Reports — Moderation
Users may report any content or user directly from the app. In the event of a Terms violation, 21 Corp may, depending on the severity, remove the content, temporarily suspend or permanently delete the account.
7. Capsoom+
7.1 Description
Capsoom+ is a paid subscription that removes the limits of the free tier.
7.2 Payment and Cancellation
The subscription is purchased and managed through the App Store or Play Store. Pricing, renewal and refund conditions are those of the relevant platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
8. Intellectual Property
The Capsoom app, its interface, graphics and brand are the property of 21 Corp. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights over these elements to the user.
9. Personal Data
The collection and processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Liability
Capsoom is provided "as is." 21 Corp shall not be held liable for content published by users, or for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
11. Suspension — Account Deletion
You may delete your account from the app. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion.
21 Corp reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
12. Updates to the Terms
21 Corp may update these Terms. In the event of a material change, you will be notified via an in-app notification or by email. Continued use of Capsoom constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law — Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via contact@capsoom.com.
